Hello. I have several ticket registrations set up for my event. When someone chooses a division to compete in they can choose up to 5 options. How do I limit the choices so that they can only choose 1 option under a ticket that only allows 1 level in a division? Right now they can choose to buy a ticket to compete in 1 level, but can choose multiple options once that ticket is selected.
It sounds like you are referring to the questions set on the event, so they select a ticket and then have multiple options (questions) on the registration form for various ‘divisions’ which you’d like to limit based on the selected ticket?
If that is correct, then we currently don’t have an option for this as the questions are set on the event itself rather than the tickets within the event.
You would either need to separate out the tickets into individual events and set the correct questions on the event, or a you would need some custom work from a developer who could use some jQuery to hide/show specific questions/options based on the current ticket.
