Hi,
Company would like to run reports on paypal and authorize.net payment gateways. In order to find total collections per event, we would like to send event information to above gateways. How is it possible?

Hi there,
It actually sends the name of the ticket to PayPal and Authorize.net. Can you give the tickets a name that’s similar to or matches the event?

Hi there,
Within the event editor you will find the ticket editor – http://take.ms/DkIf4
In that screenshot the ticket name is ‘Admission Ticket’.
Do you have anything set there currently?
Can you add the event name there within there?

Well right now it says Adult etc at http://ac.america.cry.org/events/2016-rang-tarang/
I would like to run reports in Paypal(also auth.net) with some key word to show up all the payments made for that event. I went into paypal into one of the transactions and I did see the event name in there but it doesnt show up in the reports I ran.

Hello,
When a registrant/attendee is paying via PayPal, then the information is shown in this format on the payment page:
Name of ticket for name of event
Does the information appear in that format in the monthly download report from PayPal?
