License still valid but unable to update plugins

Hello, I’ve entered the site license in to the settings page, saved & refreshed the plugin page. But EE plugins say ‘ The key you have entered is invalid or has expired.’ Am I doing something wrong? I don’t want to lose any settings/configuration from last year. Thanks

Hi Dee, could you ensure that you are using the support license key ending in 08 and not the free key?

Hi Lorenzo, yes I’m using the one ending 08, not the free key. Any ideas? Thx Dee
