License reset asking for payment!!

Hello, I am very disappointed in the license reset issue. First of all, if you are going to require everyone to reset then make it known by way of email or somehow automatically resetting them. This seems to be a very unnecessary problem to be putting everyone through. I have wasted enough time trying to get past the payment box after requesting reset because there’s no way I am going to pay again then request my money back. I would rather look at another event solution as I have had too many issues with this software. Rant over.

I have a developer license, two of my websites need a reset please.

I have received an email saying my reset is complete.

Perhaps removing the box asking for payment should be removed or have the message changed to ask to wait… this would save people a lot of time and hassle if they knew!!!

Hi Michelle, you should receive a confirmation email of your request for a reset once you request a reset via your Event Espresso account page.

Then you’ll receive another confirmation once the reset has been completed.

I’ve release the support license key for your additional site.

Thank you Lorenzo! I have it updating again but am annoyed I had to spend an hour trying to find the solution 🙁
