I just checked your account and there is no domain linked to your license so it looks like the reset has been complete.
Did you not receive an email with the next steps to re-assign your licesne?
On the site, go to Event Espresso -> General Settings.
Remove the key (cut) and save the settings.
If it’s the same site, replace the key again (paste) and save once more.
That will re-assign your key to the site.
