I submitted a request to have a license reset yesterday ( redacted – Event Espresso support team – LOC). How log does it take for a reset?

Hi there,

It can take up to 24 hours however it is usually much quicker and often instant.

I checked into this and your license key has now reset, please let me know if you have any problems.
