I entered my license number into the general settings on our site, but when I log in to my account here on EE, it shows that the license is still “inactive.” Thanks in advance for your help!
The first thing to do is check and make sure there isn’t any leading or trailing spaces in the license key field. Once you’ve verified that it’s only the key entered there, you can try saving the Event Espresso>General Settings page a few times, which will ping the server at eventespresso.com.
Thanks Josh. As always, you nailed it. Extra space was the culprit.
