License reset

Will there be any issue with a license request being accepted by you?

The site I have been building is nearly finished. I have been building it at the correct domain. The customer had just changed the domain name slightly, so I will be migrating with backup buddy.

I’m not ready for the change yet.

Hi Justin,

You can remove the key from the site right now by clearing out the key field in Event Espresso>General settings and request a reset from your account page. After everything is migrated over, then you can put the license key back in. The Event Espresso software will work without the key in place, it’s only used to validate for auto updates.
