i find it crazy that you charge a fee for license reassignment… but ok. i am moving from development to live server, and cannot get the order processed. the page keeps looping.
i need to get this reset asap.

Jeff,
We charge a fee to move the license key from one site to a completely different site. We don’t charge for moving from dev to live. We don’t recommend using the key on a dev site anyway. The key is for auto updates, which you shouldn’t need while in development (unless the development takes months).
I have reset your license key. You can remove it from the development site and enter it into the live site.
