License not working (…….again…..)

Got this message:

“A valid Support License Key is needed to enable automatic upgrades. Your current account does not allow automatic upgrades on more than one domain.”

License still valid (two months left), can’t reset because it’s asking me to purchase…

Hi Carlos,

I have reset your license key.

You’ll need to go to Event Espresso -> General Settings.

Remove the license key (cut), save the settings, replace the key (paste) and save the settings once more. Be sure to check for whitespace before/after the key before saving.

You will also receive an email with these instructions.
