License not activated

Renewed license, but on account page it’s showing it as not being activated for any site, although I have entered the license key in the proper place within Event Espresso.

Please advise.

Hi there,

I remember resetting your key yesterday. Can you try removing the key from the General Setings page on your site, then save/update the settings page, then add the key and resave?
