Recently we’ve noticed an increase in license key reset requests and have been investigating the cause.
Today we have made some adjustments to the licensing system which should reduce the need to request a key reset, as a result of these updates all license keys have been reset.
If you view your account page and notice that your license key no longer shows as linked to your domain, like this:
You can go to Event Espresso -> General Settings.
Make no changes and simply save the settings to force the key to re-assign.
Note this will happen automatically when Event Espresso checks for any updates on our server so your key may show your domain already, there is no need to request another reset if this is the case.
If your key is linked to your domain and you can not update, please request a reset and we will investigate further.
