License Key Renewed but it is showing EE4 instead of EE3 in our account

Hi,

We have just renewed our license key but we are having issues;

1. It is showing EE4 Plugin in downloads instead of EE3 whereas our original subscription is for EE3.

2. Secondly, it is still showing invalid license key error on plugins dashboard and there is no option to update the plugin.

If you go to your account page, you’ll see an option to Switch your Support License.
