I’m getting the following message when trying to update Event Espresso:
“You have the correct Support License Key for Event Espresso but your account only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain. Please log in to your Event Espresso account to manage your Support License Keys or purchase a support license right now.”
I’ve removed Event Espresso from the first site but this message remains and I can’t update. I’ve already requested a re-set. How do I go about fixing this?
I have reset your license key. You can remove it from the old site and enter it into the new site.
