License key not working properly & payment method error

Hi,
On my website hooponoponoromania.ro I have the following issues:
1. I’ve paid for 1 year extension of my support license, but now in my modules page in WP it says thay my license key for EE4 is no longer valid. Why is that?
It may be related to the fact that we did some changes to the website on a development site, then copied the content of the development site to the live website. However, in my EE account we have only our live website listed.

2. I have an active event where when I finish the registration, after selecting the Bank payment method, the user sees a page saying [ESPRESSO_THANK_YOU] instead of having the instructions for payment being displayed, see screenshots:

Hi Emil,

It is related to the development site. Can you log into the devro.yourdomain.ro site and go to Event Espresso > General Settings and remove the key from license key field there? After the key is removed, you can go to your account page and click Reset next to your key.

You can fix the issue with the Thank you page by following these steps:
1) You go to edit the thank you page
2) You remove the short code there
3) You trash and delete the page
4) You create a new page and place the shortocode in the page’s main content section
5) You go to Event Espresso > General Settings > Critical Page Settings and point the Thank You page setting to the new page.

Hi Josh,
Thanks for your help. What I don’t understand is why I have to trash a page just to create another page with the same content. Is this an EE bug? Do I have to constantly monitor if this is happening or not? I discovered this issue accidentaly, after wondering why some event registration weren’t paid after a week or so.

Hi Emil,

No it’s not an EE bug, and it may not be actually necessary to trash the page, but the above steps will get you up and running the most quickly. The page settings may have gotten messed up from moving data back and forth from the dev site.
