license key not working for autoupdate

our domain has changed and when I put in a request to reset our code it asked me to make a purchase. What do I do to get my support license active on our new domain?

Your support license key has been reset. Follow the steps in the confirmation email to reactivate it.

in my case http://www.dooh.mx the actual license key is not working,
also for the domain academy.kolo.mx.

What is happening with the license key? Is there a notice being displayed?

Is this domain – academy.kolo.mx using a key from another account or the same key?
