License Key not working

WP 3.9.2, EE4, no add-ons

We’ve been using EE4 for about a month but the license key doesn’t work. We get an error that says: “You have the correct Support License Key for Event Espresso but your account only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain.” But we’re only using it on one domain. We briefly put the plugin on a test version of our site just to make sure it didn’t cause any problems, but it’s been removed since. Someone also put the key in earlier (and it worked) and then removed it again, perhaps that’s the issue.

How do we get our key working again?
