Hi All, I am running WP 3.5.1, and running the latest version of EE with all the add-ons. This is an existing install, but I am getting an error on my dashboard that says this: You need a valid Site License Key to enable automatic upgrades. Your current membership level does not allow automatic upgrades on more than one domain. Please log into your account to manage your Site License Keys or purchase a support license now. Not only does it have a valid site license key, but I recently upgraded to the developer license as well and am good thru 2014. http://www.searchbash.com Thanks |
Hi dbabin, I’ve reset your license key to try and resolve the issue. Hi, You can now add it into the License Key field of the General Settings page in Event Espresso. Let me know if I can do anything else for you. |

Who do I email for Priority Support. I have some credits in my account and certainly need the expedited help. I need to expedite the thorough, complete and proper set up of EE back on our party domain at http://www.searchbash.com You guys did this once before, but we got severely hacked and took the opportunity to redesign our logo and start over. I’ve seen this happen where there’s an older dev site that’s still pinging our servers and has the same key that’s being used by the production site. Also, there were a set of restrictions that were removed from the license key system made a while back that did require a reset. You can go to your account page and request a reset for any of the sites you’re having problems with and we will reset the keys for free (so you do not need to pay for each reset in this case). Please make sure there aren’t any devs sites using the same keys. @dbabin, since we will likely need temporary FTP and WP admin credentials, you can contact priority support via this form: |

josh, you reset one, i have now submitted the other 2 to be reset and sure this will fix these, we never asked when the reset issue was a problem, as we havent upgraded for some time. |
