License Key needs a Reset

I have a valid license that is inactive on EE.com, but when entered into EE on WP side, says its invalid. How can I get this resolved?

Hi Alekka,

How are you today?

Is this your first attempt to use the license key? Can you double check that there are no spaces at the beginning or end of the license key?

There are no spaces. I get the green checkmark next to the field saying the key is good, but the warning up top tells me that the key is invalid.
