Hello! I get the following nag on my WordPress Dashboard:
It appears you’ve tried entering an api key to upgrade to the premium version of Event Espresso 4 Decaf, however, the key does not appear to be valid. This is the message received back from the server:
You have the correct Support License Key for Event Espresso 4 Decaf but your account only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain. Please log in to your Event Espresso account to manage your Support License Keys or purchase a support license right now.
However, when I check my EE account, it says that my License Key is active on my current domain. Any ideas how this happened, and how can I fix it? Thanks!
You will also receive an email with instructions on how to re-assign the key but you’ll need to remove the key from the field, save the settings, replace the key and save the settings once more.
Double check for whitespace before/after the key before re-saving.
