I get this message constanly: Now its barcode but later its another plugin. I have have entered my license key multiple time but it just wont work. |
Hi there, I’ve made a small change to your account. Can you go to Event Espresso -> General Settings. Make no changes and just save the settings. EE will then check for updates, does it then allow you to update? |

I did what you asked me to do but the message is still there: An automatic update for Event Espresso – Barcode Scanner (EE 4.6.0+) is available but your Support License Key has not been set. For EE3+ users, please go to the Event Espresso General Settings page to set your Support License Key. For EE4+ users, please go to the Your Organization Settings page. You can locate your Support License Key from your account on the Event Espresso website. |
Hello, I checked your account and you do have access to that add-on. Are you having trouble updating any other add-ons? If not, could you manually update that add-on? Here are the steps: 1) Download the current version of the add-on from your account page here: https://eventespresso.com/users/lvlp/#ee4-downloads It will be saved to your computer as a zip file 2) Go to your WP dashboard (WP-admin) and then the plugins screen. 3) Look for the add-on and deactivate and delete it 4) Then install the newer version by going to WP plugins –> Add New –> Upload. Then browse to the file on your computer and start the upload. Allow it a few moments to complete and then activate. — |

Yes i am having trouble updating other add ons as well. |
Hello, That message can be dismissed. It will not automatically disappear by itself. You can also manually update the other add-ons. Is your site a multi-site installation of WordPress where there are multiple sites running? — |
|
|
Yes my site is a multisite with multiple websites. |
In that case, you can run the updates manually: https://eventespresso.com/wiki/how-to-upgrade-event-espresso/#ee4-manual-update |

HI Josh, |
While Event Espresso itself is compatible with Multisite (we use Event Espresso on Eventsmart, which is a WordPress Multisite network), the Plugin update engine scripts that power the 1-click updates for EE and the add-ons are not Multisite compatible. |
