I’m not sure if I have a license key issue or not. We originally purchased a Personal License Key for version 4, but ended up installing 3 due to some issues. We renewed our license this year and have since upgraded to version 4. However, when I go to my Account, I see this: “Your license level: EE3 Personal License
Expires: May 07, 2016 You have access to support, new software versions, and one-click upgrades until your license expires.” I do recall that when I upgraded to version 4 I was not given a new license key to input into my wordpress system. Shouldn’t it say that I have a license level of EE4?
Your current support license is for Event Espresso 3. As a member with a support license for Event Espresso 3, you’ll receive a copy of Event Espresso 4 along with equivalent add-ons for Event Espresso 4.
Your support license key won’t change if you begin with Event Espresso 3 and then upgrade (migrate) to Event Espresso 4.
