License Key Failure

I purchased and paid for a Everything license. I copied the license key from my account to the EE General Settings page, but my site says “An automatic update for Event Espresso is available but your Support License Key is invalid.”

Hi there,

I can’t see any reason for this on your account but I have reset your license key just to be sure.

Can you go to Event Espresso -> General Settings.

Remove the license key (cut), save the settings, replace the key (paste) and save the settings once more. Be sure to check for whitespace before/after the key before saving.

You will also receive an email with these instructions.

That should re-assign your license key to your domain and allow the updates, if not please do let me know.
