Hi, I have this message on my dashboard on the live site :
“Your support license key is only valid for one domain at a time, and our licensing system has detected that you are using your license key on multiple domains.”
I’ve made a copy of the website on my local environment, and I have removed the key but this message still appears, what should I do to ?
Once your key has been flagged it will continue to show that message until you license key has been retest, which you can request by clicking the button next to your license key on your account page (I’ve already put it through for you, so no need to do that now its just for future reference).
You’ll receive an email with instructions on how to reassign your key but in short remove the key from the site, save, replace the key and save again.
I’ve followed your instruction, but the message still appears on top of the page… the url of the website was different during development, could it be related ?
