We have just changed our domain name, and not using the key for multiple domains, but we are still getting this error;
“Your support license key is only valid for one domain at a time, and our licensing system has detected that you are using your license key on multiple domains. Please log in to your Event Espresso account to manage your Support License Keys, or if you have concerns, please Contact Us.”
I have already requested a license key reset (it says pending on the account), but currently I cannot manage my events.
Please advise as soon as possible.
The license key is used for support and one-click updates, license key issues should not change anything on the site at all other than show you a notice.
When you say you cannot manage your events, can you add some details of what is happening, please?
