the other site ns******.ca has a different key from a separate license, it is not working either. the other username is the *s from the main site url – . *******office.ca
For this account the key need only be active on the one site. Should I remove the keys for now? When they’re reset just proceed to add them?
Ok, I checked your accounts and the domain on both keys is the same for some reason.
I will reset both your keys.
To reassign you remove the key, click save (with a blank field) input the correct key for the site and Save once again.
You should receive those instructions via email also.
I’ll reset your keys now, please let me know if you have any further problems.
