License Issue preventing upgrade

I’m getting a warning about automatic updates. It says my license only allows automatic updates on one domain.

According to the account page it’s only active on the one site. I have a second license for the other installation I have deployed.

Thoughts? I took the site offline to install updates because I was having an issue with payment selection.

Hi Scott,

Looking through your account I can see your license key is currently being used on 2 sites.

The main site seems to be boom*********.ca and the other nsl*****.ca

Can you check the key input into the second site was not the one linked to your account, if so remove that key from the second site.

Once this has been done I can reset your key (doing so no may assign the key to the incorrect site again)

the other site ns******.ca has a different key from a separate license, it is not working either. the other username is the *s from the main site url – . *******office.ca

For this account the key need only be active on the one site. Should I remove the keys for now? When they’re reset just proceed to add them?

Ok, I checked your accounts and the domain on both keys is the same for some reason.

I will reset both your keys.

To reassign you remove the key, click save (with a blank field) input the correct key for the site and Save once again.

You should receive those instructions via email also.

I’ll reset your keys now, please let me know if you have any further problems.
