We have a dev environment and a live environment. Should I have my license in both intall? My live site is saying that I only have one license and need to buy another.
Event Espresso can be used on any WordPress site of your choice. However, your support license key will provide support services for a single website at a time.
A development site and then a live site would be considered two different sites. You can remove the support license key from the development site and manually update it.
I have removed it from the demo version of my site ‘IvyKitten’ – yet I cannot get it to set and save properly with a green key icon on my live site. I go to my Licenses page of my Profile and it says that it is live on IvyKitten… how can I get this fixed?
I reset the key for your account. You can go to the live site’s WP-admin and go to Event Espresso > General Settings, then save the settings page there.
