We confirmed the license info. Stripe says:

A new version of Event Espresso – Stripe Gateway (EE 4.6.0+) is available. View What’s New with version 1.1.12.p. A valid Support License Key is needed to enable automatic upgrades. The key you have entered is invalid or has expired. Please log in to your Event Espresso account to manage your Support License Keys or purchase a support license right now.

Also, I cannot access my actual account for the website, please see the emails from this week, since I have more than one account and the email is probably the same. I am not trying to log into this particular account listed on this ticket.

Tony, thank you for helping reset the email for the account, and guiding me to the EE Everything we needed, and you reset your license key and reassigned our domain, which has fixed our key.

Awesome.

Looks like the issue here was due to using older versions of the add-ons after updating to PHP8 on the server.

I’m glad its all sorted and now working 🙂
