I went through this last time it needed renewed. I originally had an EE3 license with everything which also grandfathered me into EE4 since it was near the switch. You had to do something special last time to make it charge correctly, so I am contacting you to work this out again. I had purchased a second license for EE4 which is what gave trouble since it wouldn’t let me buy 2 licenses. Where do I start?
