I purchased the EE4 $279 license and I do not see it listed in my Event Espresso account. I only have access to the free version. I see in other posts about downloading and installing the pro version. This is not available in my account. I have paid for a support token in order to remedy this situation. The support for this issue should be free because the company has not given me the access to the program after I paid for it.
Hi, I figured out what happened as there were multiple accounts under your name. When I replied earlier, I updated the account under your gmail email account.
I’ve now deactivate that account and activated your support license on this account which is under your other email address.
Could you confirm that this is now working for you?
