Licence Key Reset Error After EVERY Plugin Update

Why do I get an error message saying “Your current membership level does not allow automatic upgrades on more than one domain. Please log into your account to manage your Site License Keys or purchase a support license now.” EVERY time I go to update my plugins? I just had my license key reset and not I’m running into the same issue. I’m not using Event Espresso on multiple sites.

Hi there,

I checked on this and the download stats show that your key has been attached to 3 different domains. If the key was set up originally set up on another domain for testing but was never removed from there it would explain the issues you’re having.

I think the way forward on this one is going to be deleting the old key and setting up a new key. If you go to your account page there will be a brand new key waiting there for you.

You’ll need to attach this new key to your site by logging in, then go to Event Espresso>General settings, delete the old key, save the settings page with the API field with nothing in it. Then enter the new key.
