Hello!
We had reset a lic key of ours last week because we removed a site that we no longer needed and thus want to use the available key for a new site. HOwever, I entered one of the keys in our new WordPress account and it’s still showing as red. Please let me know what we need to do.

You’ll need to go to Event Espresso -> General Settings.
Remove the license key (cut), save the settings, replace the key (paste) and save the settings once more. Be sure to check for whitespace before/after the key before saving.
That should re-assign the key to your site, if not please let me know.
