I would like to cancel my service and receive the refund…. this has been a major hassle. We need to go live with our site and need an event tool to help us and this is not working correctly. Takes too much to reach a resolve.
I did check your site with the information you sent with the support token and the ticketing add-on is working correctly. For example, you’ll see the ticket links over to right side of the Event Espresso > Registrations page, they look like this:
With regards to the Google maps not working, Google Maps requires a valid API key (yes that is a hassle, but they do require this!). I checked your site and there’s actually a URL to a Google Map input there. If in the future you need a Google Map on a site somewhere, please bear in mind that you’ll need to get a Google Maps API key.
Here’s the error from Google that’s showing on your site’s console:
Geocoding Service: You have exceeded your daily request quota for this API. If you did not set a custom daily request quota, verify your project has an active billing account: http://g.co/dev/maps-no-account For more information on usage limits and the Google Maps JavaScript API services please see: https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/usage js:50:173
Google Map geocode was not successful for the following reason: OVER_QUERY_LIMIT
