We received an email saying “Your Event Espresso Software is Out of Date, Please Update” but we already have Event Espresso Version 4.10.1.p, is this the latest version?
Also, the license was activated on the site so we believe we will receive an update notif on the plugin page correct?
Can you forward the email to support[at]eventespresso.com so I can take a look?
It sounds like you may have received an email from our recent campaign to encourage users that have older versions EE installed to update in error so I’d like to confirm which email and check why it was sent.
I checked your site and can see you do have the most recent version of Event Espresso installed with a valid license key so you can ignore the email as you do not need to update.
Thank you and yes, that’s from our update campaign and you can safely ignore it.
I’ll check into this and see what triggered the email for your site to try and prevent you from getting any more in error.
