After updating to latest version EE4 4.8.23p, the tickets prices were not displaying on the event page front end. I disabled all the plugins and then started activating one by one. EE 4.8.23p conflicts with Yoast SEO plugin – not good, as I have to disable the Yoast SEO on my site, otherwise users have no choice to buy tickets of an event.

Hi Suhaib,

This appears to be related to the Twitter cards option:

Could you temporarily turn that off while we investigate this?

Thanks

Lorenzo

Lorenzo,
Thanks for the tip, BUT this is not the case. I did not have Twitter card activated. I had only Facebook card activated. I turned it off. Now it work. So it is not Twitter card only. It is Facebook card too. Perhaps could be other social media cards in the Yoast SEO but I am not using them. I was using only Facebook card which is off now.

Alright, so temporarily turning the social media options off through yoast should restore the event details.

Hi, we are looking into this. If you turn that temporarily turn that off, then you should be able to accept registrations on your site.

Thanks

I turned it off till you find a fix. I used Facebook card because my site autopost the link on Facebook page. Facebook always picked a wrong featured image unless Yoast SEO Facebook card was active for open-graph meta data.
