What would be the best way to try to figure out why we have a large amount of Incomplete and Abandoned Registrations? Things seem to be working correctly, along with tests, but our Complete Registration percentage is very low, especially lately.
In short, the above doesn’t indicate an issue on its own and if you are not getting reports of issues or can reproduce an issue there likely isn’t one… but we can do some checking.
First, can you clarify exactly where you are looking for the above?
I assume you are viewing abandoned and incomplete transactions? Event Espresso -> Transactions, then click on the Abandoned or Incomplete Transactions filters?
Can you link me to an Event I can run a couple of test registrations on to see if anything stands out?
