Language files not working

I have followed your instructions for translating the German text files, renamed them to event_espresso-de_DE.po and event_espresso-de_DE.mo, and copied them to /wp-content/uploads/espresso/languages, but I don’t see the German texts when I register for an event.

Hi there,

Is EE shown in German within the admin?

Are some translations applied but not others or no translations at all?
