It seems this topic has been talked about a lot. Yet it seems still to be an issue. Just downloaded version 3.1.31.1.P. There is not a single mo or po file available in the entire zip file. Where can I please get the German files? Thanks a lot.

Hi to both of you.
We decided a few versions back to remove the language files from the main zip to allow for easier and speedier installation and updates.
Language files are now hosted on Github and can be found here – https://github.com/eventespresso/languages
Please note that Github is a bit weird when it comes to saving the files, I find the best way is to left click the file name and then right click the RAW link in the top right above the code and Save Link As.
If you just right click the filename and save as, you will not get the correct file and it wont work – trust me I spent an hour trying to figure out why the language files werent working a while back only to realise the download was wrong!

Hi there,
In most cases, you can change the way the date is formatted by changing the date settings in WP>General Settings.
