Hi there,

Did you download the latest version of the translations from our glotpress project?

https://translate.eventespresso.com/projects/event-espresso-4/da/event-espresso-da_DK

Which strings have not translated? (if there are many you do not need to list them, if it’s a couple if may just be the strings have changed slightly)

Can you send me a copy of the PO file so I can take a look?

You can send the file to support[at]eventespresso.com

You PO file is not named correctly, so I’m assuming nether is your MO file.

The file you sent is event-espresso-da_DK.po

It needs to be event_espresso-da_DK.po (note the underscore _ rather than -)

So then your MO file would be event_espresso-da_DK.mo

Currently EE is most likely using the basic translation file we sideload and NOT your custom file.

I see.. when downloading from here: https://translate.eventespresso.com/projects/event-espresso-4/da/event-espresso-da_DK Its with – and not _

Its working great now. thanks

Correct, you need to rename the file for it to work.

EE4 actually checks for multiple files, first – event_espresso-{locale}.mo

Then event-espresso-4-{locale}.mo

We have some more details on translating Event Espresso here:
