Dear EE,
I am the owner of a conference management company in portugal.
We are just about to build a wordpress website for our conferences and events. We wish to have an event software and before we choose the best solution for us there are a couple of things we need to be aware about EE:
– does EE prints full reports of the delegates registrations in real time?
– does EE allows translations to other languages, Portuguese?
– if we have two or more events and need to use EE for all of them, is this possible? Usually we need to build a diferent website for each conference. Can we use EE in each website?
– Does EE allows to scan the barcode/QR code and print the participant badge on site? In our conferences, we need to scan the barcode/QR code (paper or mobile that the delegate brings with him)and then print the badge automaticaly using a specific printer. Does EE has the software for this?
– does EE allows to create hotel booking forms with payment gateway?
Can we have a demo?? It is imporatnt for us before acquire EE.

Hi Monica,
Thank you for considering Event Espresso, I’ll break each of you question down and answer the best I can.
– does EE prints full reports of the delegates registrations in real time?
Event Espresso will allow you to export CSV reports of your registrations or view the registrations within EE itself. It depends on the kind of reporting you are looking for as to whether or not this is suitable.
– does EE allows translations to other languages, Portuguese?
Yes EE allows you translations however we do not currently support WMPL so you cannot use multiple languages at once.
– if we have two or more events and need to use EE for all of them, is this possible? Usually we need to build a diferent website for each conference. Can we use EE in each website?
You would need a license for each site, or a developer license which allows for multiple sites.
– Does EE allows to scan the barcode/QR code and print the participant badge on site? In our conferences, we need to scan the barcode/QR code (paper or mobile that the delegate brings with him)and then print the badge automaticaly using a specific printer. Does EE has the software for this?
Whilst we do offer QR (EE3) and Barcode (EE4) scanning printing the tickets/badges would need to be done manually. We do not officially support specific printers but you can alter your tickets to any size, and therefor most printers will print these.

Can you explain a little further in what you mean with this please?

You Can test drive both EE3 and EE4:
Event Espresso 3 Test Drive
Event Espresso 4 Test Drive
Not EE3 and EE4 have different feature sets.
