HI
I use EE4 event espresso, the januas wp theme and the multiple event registration add-on. My problem is when I put the shortcode for the ticket selector, the card popup don’t work!
If I use the embed code, the card popup work but the go to card button don’t work
I develop my site locally.
Do you have an idea?

Hi there,
This may be an issue with the Januas theme. Do you have the current version of Januas installed?

Yes, Januas ver. 1.42 (I use januas child)!
then, if I add an item, the ” go to the cart” is available but back to “ee-event (taxonomy)” and to this page I have access to the button to see the cart or the registration page!

If you go to the /ee-events/ route on your site, there should be a list of events there. When you go view the events there, the add to cart functions should work. If they do not work, that may be a JavaScript bug in the Januas theme that will need to be fixed.

Yes, if I’m going to ee-event route on my site and going to view an event there, the add to cart work! all this route, all work perfectly but I’m not in Januas event single page!
The add to cart in the Januas single page work too but when the javascript wrote the popup confirmation, the ” see event cart ” doesn’t work, no effect when we click the botton?
With Januas, the single event page is “events” and when I use the “add to event cart”, the javascript work fine but after the confirmation popup disappears, the view event cart button doesn’t work. If I say at this page (januas single event page) and I add another ticket ticket, and I press the “view event cart” button, I’m redirect to ee-event page ? At this page, the view event cart work…

Since the breakage is happening on the Januas single event page, it will be best to contact Showthemes support and they’ll be able to help you troubleshoot this.
