I’ve purchased the license & have entered the site key in the settings on my word press dashboard, but I still have the “decaf” version and can’t access the features unique to the paid membership version, such as the registration questions. Help!
The decaf version will actually need to be removed first, then you can install the caffeinated version. These are the steps to make that happen:
1) Download the EE4 plugin from your account page
2) Go to your WP Dashboard Plugins page and deactivate and delete the decaf version of Event Espresso (you will not lose data because Event Espresso does not run uninstall scripts when you deactivate & delete the plugin)
3) Upload the new plugin to your site via Dashboard -> Plugins -> Add New.
4) Activate the plugin.
