I've got someone that needs a refund on their registration, but I can't find it.

So someone emailed asking for a refund on their registration, but I can’t find their registration in Event Espresso. They sent me their confirmation email and event the paypal receipt and I still can’t find it by searching their last name or anything.

Any tips on where it could be?

Which PayPal payment method did they use?

How long ago was the registration?
