My support key and URL are accurate but the software says it only allows updates one one domain and won’t update the software. However, the URL is accurate to my records.
Im wondering if my other issues Im having is due to out dated software version
According to one of your other support posts, there were two URLs for your site though one may be a testing/ development site.
I reset the support license key. Go to Event Espresso –> General Settings. Then save changes to refresh the support services for your site.
You’ll then be able to update.
