Issues With Refresh Total

Here is my scenerio:

I select any one of 4 events, add to cart, go to registration page, enter user info, now viewing total cost, click register button to pay for event, get to payment page when I decide to cancel this event and select another event. Add new event to cart but I see the previous event still listed so I click on the red circle in upper right to delete the event. Click on Refresh Total to only see updated/ new event and price. Click on Enter Attendee Info, add attendee info click on Proceed to Payment Page’ where I now see a summary of the event I selected HOWEVER I see both events… the second event I selected that I now want and the first event that I removed in the second to last step. I did click on the refresh total link but it refreshed the total but did not remove the event from the cart.

How can I clear/ fully update the cart when the refresh total link is clicked?

Major issue here.

Hi Terry,

This sounds like your sessions aren’t clearing properly. Maybe there’s a caching plugin installed on your website? Can you post a link to the event so we can investigate further?
