Some customers have reported that the State dropdown field on the Registration Checkout page gets locked up (the blank row is the only one available) and the ZIP code field will not allow her to enter characters. It was on an iPhone via Safari. My wife has an iPhone and cannot reproduce and I cannot reproduce on my Android nor from a computer. My guess is that it is something with the autocomplete data she has stored in her browser, but has anyone else reported something like that?
Ok, so the state field you are referring to is from the payment fields within the auth.net AIM payment method, that does not automatically filer based on the country so the above wouldn’t apply anyway.
I spent some time checking into this and I can’t find any reason for the state field to show blank, nor the Zip field to not allow input (it is just a simple text input field).
It could possibly be an issue with the add new state function but I can’t see any issue with it during my testing so that’s a shot in the dark really. Unfortunately without being able to reproduce there isn’t much we can do as everything works as expected for me (on my test sites and on your site).
