I recently updated to EE 4.10.30.p and now if I click on any transaction it displays scripting also the Filtered CSV report is no longer visible. Please advise ASAP. Thanks!

Hi there,

Can you post a screenshot of the scripting you can see on the transaction admin, please?

The ‘Filtered CSV Report’ button has been removed and combined into a single button which will export the current list of registrations, so if you have filters applied it will export those, if not it exports the full report.

However, we have had reports of issues with some setups where the filters do not apply and the button still exports all registrations. We are currently investigating the cause of that and will have a fix in the next version of Event Espresso.

The issues with Transactions occurs when trying to view any transaction detail. See ggogle drive link to screen shot in private post.

Can you give me any feedback on the Transactions Detail issue since the EE 4.10.30.p update?

I noticed an update released Version 4.10.32.p and installed, but I’m still seeing page load problems like screencap posted on Jjne 9th. Please advise.

Hi there,

I’ve spent some time trying to reproduce this and so far have been unable to.

I suspect this is either a plugin conflict or a fatal error is being thrown on the request and the result is the above JS scripts being output directly.

Have you checked the server error logs for any error being thrown at the same time as when you open the above page?

Before we try any additional troubleshooting steps I recommend first creating a database backup of the site (just to be safe) once that has been done I’ll post some additional steps to work through to see if we can narrow the cause down some.

With regard to the Filtered CSV Buttom, we’ve merged that functionality into a single button now so that any of the current filters set on the table will be applied when you click on the Registration CSV Report button.

However, not that we did find an issue with version v4.10.30 which could prevent those filters from being applied and push a fix for that in v4.10.31 so please make sure you are testing against the most current version when doing the above.

Hi Tony,

Thanks for looking into this issue on the Transactions Detail Display problems. I have more info to share. I found that LightSpeed Cache clears the scripting visible on the Transaction Detail page display but it’s now appearing unformatted. This appears to be the conflict but I’m also running LiteSpeed Web Cache Manager in cpanel. Please let me know your thoughts in resolving this.

Ok, so it’s a caching issue?

Did you purge the cache before you deactivated the plugin?

Does the Cache Manager offer options to disable the cache within the wp-admin?

Yes, we cleared cache and the transaction detail pages (Event Espresso – Transactions) are appearing unformatted. I’m running latest veriosn of WP and EE Version 4.10.32.p

Hi there!

Thanks for getting back to us.
I am Joao from the Event Espresso support team!

Event Espresso will not work very well when a caching system is enabled on your website or server-side. In this case, as clearing the cache did not solve the problem, I recommend you to contact your hosting company support and ask how to exclude Event Espresso pages (Dashboard and front-end) from being cached.

I hope it helps!
