I have recently installed a mobile responsive theme to my website and everything else is working fine, except after people add a ticket to their cart, the pop-up for ‘view event cart’ or ‘proceed to registration’ is not touch responsive. Does anyone have any advice on how to fix this?

Hi,

May I ask can you post a link to a screenshot of this? Usually the modal will fit with a responsive theme.

Hi Josh,

Thank you for your response. The plugin is WPtouch. Here is a link: https://movementmonkeys.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2019/03/Image-1-1.jpg

It’s a plugin and not a theme then? Can you check to see if the cart buttons work OK if the WP touch plugin is deactivated?

Hi Josh,
We have a mobile responsive theme, but I want to use the plugin because google is not recognizing our site as mobile responsive. I have the plugin deactivated until I can sort out this issue so that people can still buy tickets.

I just tried going in on the desktop version to the cart area which all works fine, but when I switch to the mobile version, there is no cart displaying whatsoever. The cart buttons displayed on the screenshot I sent you are not working.

Hi,

What you can do in this case is add some page/url exclusions to the WPTouch plugin’s “All URLs/pages except ” setting. This will make it exclude any pages where WPTouch causes issues. So for example, you could add
/events
and
/registration-checkout
to that setting.

Here’s a link to the documentation for WPTouch that explains how to use that setting:

Thanks Josh for your help. I had to upgrade to pro to change those settings and after I updated it, it was all displaying fine anyway. Cheers!
