You guys have been great helping me with issues from this site.
I have just launched a new project called beachwalkaustralia

( running EE 4.8.14)
I am trying to make the venue look pretty for the event here

The venue is set under the event esspresso set venue option.

The problem I am having is that may of tags such as the h1 tag and the things like making spaces in the visual editor are not being transferred across to the final appearance.
For example you can see how the pics and videos are not spaced correctly.
I also tried to use the shortcode for the layer slider but it does appear in the final event version either. Strage as it works fine when you just look at the venue only

I could really use your help and advice to solve this problem. I don’t know if its a prob with the theme or event esspresso.

Hi Brent,
I am seeing an h1 tag on the title of the venue:

The font style is Tahoma. Were you trying to use a different font style?
The video image appearing in the content is because it is wrapped after the text for the room & suites. Add additional spacing above it.
Then switch to the text tab for the content area and add this at the very end and save changes:

That will push the location information to its own line to improve the spacing.

Hope your well mate.
Thanks for the tip that seemed to resolve things a bit. It still does not seem to as easy a task as making up an event description.
Any thoughts on why the shortcode for the layer slider may not be working ?

Hi Brent, could you provide a link or the exact name for the plugin that you are using for the slider?
Also, what pages is it not working on? Is it just the single venues page?
