Im running EE 4.45 on my website

I use the newsletter feature to keep my enrollees updated with changes to events.
I think since I updated to the latest version something strange is occurring. the width of the email is being cut on the right hand side with some words missing. see the screen shot below.

The error does not seem to occur when I resend earlier newsletters made a few weeks prior.
I am at a loss on how to trouble shoot this issue from here

Hi Brent,
Have you tested this with a custom message created AFTER you updated?
